Glove Benefits

As a glove expert, I am excited to break down the elite features that make this Pro Preferred model a premier choice for serious catchers. Built with a 33-inch circumference, this catcher's mitt offers the ideal balance of target size, quick-transfer capability, and pocket security required at high levels of play. Constructed from hand-selected full-grain kip leather, it delivers a flawless surface finish, a smooth feel, and incredible durability that maintains its shape through thousands of high-velocity pitches.

The interior engineering and structural integrity of this mitt are designed specifically to handle the demands of working behind the dish. Inside the hand stall, Rawlings incorporates a luxury Pittards sheepskin palm lining. This ultra-soft lining excels at wicking away sweat and moisture during intense summer doubleheaders, keeping your hand cool, dry, and firmly in control. Furthermore, the mitt is held together with heavy-duty pro-grade leather laces, giving the pocket and web the structural strength needed to prevent stretch and maintain shape season after season. For backstops seeking elite pitch framing, long-lasting durability, and supreme palm protection, this model sets the standard.
